To start

Please help yourself to:
Fruit Juices
Cereals
Yoghurt
Dried Fruit
Fresh fruit from the garden
Grapefruit in light syrup (on request)
Porridge (please request the night before)
Fresh home baked bread - toasted or served warm
We make a variety of brown, wholemeal, granary or seeded. If you have a preference please ask the night before

Cooked Breakfast - Choose from

Traditional Scottish Breakfast:

Grilled Bacon, Sausage, Black Pudding and Tomato served with lightly fried tattie scone, mushrooms and egg (vegetarian sausage available).

Trully Scottish Breakfast!:

Scrambled eggs mixed with ribbons of Smoked Scottish Salmon served with brown toast.

Lighter Option:

Eggs may be poached or scrambled, served on toast or with any of the above accompaniments.

Baked Beans:

Served on toast or with any of the above accompaniments.

Tea/Coffee:

With toast or oatcakes (a variety of teas are available)
